  1. Join on campus

    Connect to the Queen Mary Wi-Fi (eduroam), open Relovd and take a photo of your student card. We check it and delete the photo straight away.

  2. List it in a minute

    Take a photo, name a price or mark it free, and tick the handover spots on campus that suit you.

  3. Hand it over on campus

    Agree the time in the app and meet at one of the handover spots. They see it, they pay you, done.

Everyone on Relovd Queen Mary has joined on campus with their own student card.

Is it free?

Yes. Joining, listing and buying are all free. There are no fees and no postage to pay.

Who can join?

Students at Queen Mary University of London, aged 18 or over. It does not matter where you live, as long as you study at Queen Mary.

Why do I have to be on campus to join?

Joining only works on the Queen Mary Wi-Fi (eduroam). Together with your student card, it is how we keep Relovd Queen Mary for Queen Mary students only. Once you have joined, you can use it anywhere.

What happens to my student card photo?

It is checked once, to make sure it is a Queen Mary student card with your name on it, and then deleted straight away. We never keep it and nobody else sees it. The privacy notice has the details.

How do I pay?

You pay the seller directly, after you have seen the item. Relovd does not handle payment. A bank transfer is best, as it leaves a record.

Is this the same as Relovd in Nine Elms?

It is the same app, but a separate area. Queen Mary students only see what other Queen Mary students list, and nobody outside Queen Mary can see your items.

Is Relovd run by Queen Mary?

No. Relovd is run by RELOVD LND LTD. It is not run by Queen Mary University of London or its students' union.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Relovd opens in your browser. Add it to your Home Screen and it works like any other app, notifications included.
